In 2010 Joy became Principal for the New Eastern Learning Academy / Innovative Technology. She brings many years of educational experience to the NEWCorp family of organizations having served as Principal of our Gainesville SIATech school for four years and creating an annex facility serving Gainesville youth. She began her educational career as an English teacher and later developed her interest in instructional technology by working as a Regional Technology Specialist and a SASI Systems Specialist for Citrus County.  Ms. Baldree received the Site Leadership of the Year Award in 2010 for SIATech's East Coast and was the Model School Presenter for the 2010 International Center for Leadership in Education. Joy received her bachelor's from the University of South Florida and her master's at the University of Phoenix.
