With over 11 years of experience in the education field, Eileen joined the NEWCorp Board of Directors in January, 2001 and serves as the board secretary. Eileen began working for SIATech in May, 2000. She laid the foundation and was the lead for the start-up of the eight SIATech school boards. Eileen was instrumental in spearheading SIATech's Reaching At-Promise Students National Conferences and the Reaching At-Promise Students Association (RAPSA). Eileen directed all facets related to the development and realization of these successful events and continues to manage professional development seminars for educators working with at-risk students. Prior to joining SIATech, Eileen worked in the counseling office at a large suburban high school and has a marketing and business background.
