Eileen joined the NEWCorp Board of Directors in January 2001 and serves as the board secretary. Eileen began working for SIATech in May 2000. She laid the foundation and was the lead for the start-up of the eight SIATech School Boards. Eileen was instrumental in spearheading SIATech's Reaching At-Promise Students National Conference and the Reaching At-Promise Students Association (RAPSA). Eileen directed all facets related to the development and realization of these successful events, and the Reaching At-Promise Students National Conference will be holding its 4th annual event in February 2009. Prior to joining SIATech, Eileen worked in the counseling office at a large suburban high school and has experience in educational and business settings as well as marketing and managing several home-based businesses.
