"This program is unique in that instructors genuinely care for their students and their success, in return NEWCorp and Job Corps show their appreciation and gratitude to their employees."

Why the program works for our students

"Job Corps and NEWCorp provide a caring family environment whereas the majority of our at-promise students have never had one."

Thoughts on being a Literacy Instructor for NEWCorp

"Honestly, it can be challenging at times, however all it takes to bounce back is helping a student accomplish or even realize their goal. We are here to model and teach our students to not give up! Other than being a mother, hands down the most gratifying job ever!"

Testimonials

Even though I am not in a classroom setting, I enjoy seeing young adults meet their goals, especially when they never thought they would reach them.
