Thoughts on being a Numeracy Instructor for NEWCorp

"After working in the public schools for many years, I find working with at-promise students has been the most rewarding part of my teaching career. The best part of my job is seeing the number of gains that my students have earned and then seeing them graduate."

Testimonials

The students need to know that you care, but they don't want to feel like your project.  I offer procedures to the students that are reasonable and that maintain high expectations.  With this out of way, I can relate to them as a person without confusing work and play.  They do very well with this environment.
