Collection of Non-Personal Information

The NEWCorp site is hosted by BlueHost.com.  BlueHost.com collects basic statistics about who visits the site (i.e. domain name, ISP number, pages visited) and provides those statistics to NewCorp’s Website located through domain names www.new-corp.org, www.new-ed.org and www.neweducationfortheworkplace.org (“the Website”), via a protected statistics page. That information is not shared with anyone by NEWCorp. NewCorp or its Website however, have no control over what BlueHost.com might do with the information.

Statistical and other analytical information is collected by NEWCorp and/or BlueHost.com on an aggregate and non-individual specific basis of all browsers who visit the site. This statistical and analytical information provides general and not individually specific information about the number of people who visit the Website; the number of people who return to the Website; the pages that they visit; where they were before they came to the Website and the page and site at which they exited.

This information helps NEWCorp monitor traffic on the Website, so that we can manage the Website's capacity and efficiency. If any visitor, affiliate, advertiser, content provider or reciprocal link partner takes legal action against NEWCorp for any issue regarding this website, with the exception of gross negligence or breach of a valid legal contract signed by or entered into by duly and legally authorized representatives of NEWCorp, NEWCorp shall not be held liable to more than $1 (one dollar) in US currency in total to satisfy any awards, restitutions, judgements and/or damages.
