SIATech, a public charter high school with campuses nationwide, re-engages disconnected students through an innovative curriculum that integrates technology with academics and provides the opportunity to earn a high school diploma.
MYcroSchools are small learning communities that provide a high school program for students who need to get back on-track to graduation. Rather than viewing students at-risk of failure, MYcroSchools consider students at-promise of success.
The Reaching At-Promise Students Association (RAPSA) is a nonprofit organization focused on helping educators working with at-risk students. By identifying students as “at-promise,” the organization emphasizes the belief that despite obstacles, all students can succeed.
New Education for the Workplace (NEWCorp) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation that promotes education and provides educational management services for academic programs that serve highly at-risk students.
NEWCorp focuses on providing educational opportunities through charter schools and vocational training for students who may have not been successful in traditional schools. The mission of NEWCorp is to advance the career technical education and training of young men and women and to manage, operate, guide, direct, and promote charter schools.
